The room I stayed in featured two double beds. The hotel's location was also close to TD Garden! though I mainly used it for appointments at Mass General.
The elevator looked somewhat dirty.

Acceptable Location but Dated Facilities

convenient locationpeeling wallpaperdirty shower
The location was convenient for my appointments.
The bathroom lacked a fan, and I noticed a musty smell in the room. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, showing signs of age. The shower was not clean, and the water temperature fluctuated drastically whenever the toilet was flushed. This made showering very unpleasant.

The hotel location was convenient for an event. It made access quite simple.. The staff was wonderful. The food was great too.
The new television lacked WiFi connectivity. It offered only basic cable. I was not able to stream from my devices. We also had an upgraded room adjacent to noisy elevators.

stellar spot near everything!

caring staffconvenient locationblack mold
I loved that the location was super convenient for getting around. the staff was really caring. They arranged for a wheelchair and checked on us after we arrived! And a supermarket and a pharmacy right behind the hotel made things so easy.
Shower grout had some black mold. I definitely think the hotel needs some updates. it would've been better if the shower was clean!
